Dealer Service
RMK Motorsports, LLC is full-service wholesale distributor, importer, manufacturer
and dealer of quality powersports products such as dune buggies, golf carts and
more. We have dealers located throughout the United States. Through RMK Motorsports,
LLC, you have access to the best products available. Every purchase you make is
backed by our continuing support services and hard-working promotions. All existing
and prospective dealers must meet certain qualifications in order to be on, or added
to, RMK Motorsports, LLC accounts listings. For example, "garage type operations"
located in a residence or residential area, are not eligible to become authorized
RMK Motorsports, LLC dealers. All RMK Motorsports, LLC dealers share equal competitive
advantages through the integrity of our distribution channels. In order to become
a RMK Motorsports, LLC dealer, please submit the following information:
1. Dealer Application
- Must be signed and filled in completely. Please include a minimum of 3 credit
references (5 are shown), plus a bank reference and general business information.
If you are opening a new business and no business credit history is available, your
account will be on a 100% prepay status i.e. wire transfer, cashiers check. You
will not become an authorized dealer for a minimum of 90 days although you will
still be able to order. Established businesses will become authorized dealers at
the moment they are approved. Credit terms are only offered to an established business
that has been approved through RMK Motorsports, LLC. Once approved, the dealer’s
prepay requirement will be lowered to 50% prepay by wire transfer, cashiers check,
company check* (depending on order).

Requirements
- You must meet all of the following:
A.
Your business is a retail or wholesale operation in a commercially-zoned business
area.
B.
This business operates on a full-time basis (open a minimum of 4 days and 32 hours
per week).
C.
You have a business phone number that is listed with directory assistance as a retail
business.
D.
You have all DMV dealer required licenses for your state if necessary. Attach copies.
E. You must have
your own service department to handle all service and warranty issues.
F.
You must de-crate and inspect all products before customer takes possession.
3.
Verification
- Please
attach all of the following to your application:
A. Three current pictures
representative of your store's inventory. A copy of the first and signature
pages of your store lease may be substituted in lieu of your inventory pictures
if you are a new shop.
B. One picture of your
storefront and surrounding location. Any location other than a conventional business,
strip center, or mall will require additional documentation (i.e. photos of area,
certification of zoning/conforming use permits, special explanations, etc.)
C. One picture of your
business sign.
D. A copy of your
current telephone book business listing if available.
E. A copy of your
state retail tax certificate, DMV licenses (if required).
F. A copy of store
lease (first and signature pages).
G. Voided Company
Check
Your application will be reviewed by
our staff and you will be notified about acceptance as quickly as possible. (Please
allow 1-2 weeks processing time under normal circumstances.) If you would like to
place an order at the time you apply, please enclose it with your application. Once
requirements have been satisfactorily met, your orders will be sent out. Please
be aware that your minimum initial order for an authorized dealer is $12,000. For
your store to remain on active account status, you must purchase a minimum of $34,000.00
gross per year. If your account goes 4 months without an order you will be placed
on a hold status for review. We understand some businesses are seasonal and this
will be taken into account when your account is reviewed. Once your account has
dropped from active status you will need to reapply before any new orders can be
shipped. Please complete the following dealer application and return it to us with
all requested information. The more information you furnish with your application,
the more effectively we can serve your needs.
Notice: You must have a capacity of having not less
than one month’s sales of $10,000, otherwise we reserve the right to revoke authorized
dealer status.
*Company checks will be cleared through RMK Motorsports,
LLC before order is commenced.
