What forms of payment do you accept?

RMK MOTORSPORTS, LLC accepts wire transfer, direct deposit, money order, cashier's check and company check. All payments will be cleared through our bank before product is shipped. 

If you would like to pay by credit card, please contact us.  Additional fees may apply.

What are your payment terms?

All wholesale orders must be prepaid.

In the event that a payment is insufficient, counterfeit, or untimely, an interest rate of 18% per month will be charged as well as the attorney fees and any other costs and expenses incurred in dept collection.

If a customer orders a custom product, a 50% payment must be made before your order will be submitted.  Once product is finished, the remaining payment of 50% will need to be made before item will be shipped.  IMPORTANT: THE 50% PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF CUSTOMER CHOOSES TO CANCEL ORDER AFTER WE HAVE STARTED BUILDING THE CUSTOM PRODUCT.

When will my order be shipped?

Once final payment is received and clears our bank, your order will be shipped within 72 hours. We will make every attempt to reduce your shipping costs.  Therefore, we will explore several shipping options that will fit your needs.

Please allow 6 to 10 weeks for custom orders to be delivered to your door.

Can I return or trade-in my product?

Unfortunately RMK MOTORSPORTS, LLC does not accept returns.  All sales are final.  However, we deal with customers all the time that are looking for used products, please contact us and we will be happy to see if we can find another buyer for your product.

Who pays for shipping to replace a defective item or warranty item?

The buyer is solely responsible for all return shipping and handling costs on any defective items or warranty items.  Original shipping and return costs are non-refundable, which includes items originally purchased with free shipping.

RMK MOTORSPORTS, LLC will share the shipping cost with the buyer for warranty items.  The buyer pays for shipping the defective item to RMK MOTOSPORTS, LLC and RMK MOTORSPORTS, LLC pays to ship the replacement back to the buyer.

RMK MOTORSPORTS, LLC is a store, similar to stores like your local atv dealership, we do not send a driver to your home to pick up defective items and we do not reimburse you for the time, effort and money spent to get your replacement or refund.  RMK MOTORSPORTS, LLC's professional customer service department will utilize its best effort to replace your item in a timely manner.

What if I find out after I purchase my item that it is not legal in my area or has other restrictions at my location?

We will not accept any returns based on unsatisfactory legal status.  It is your responsibility to check the legal status of the item you are ordering or have already ordered in your area.

If you are a dealer (reseller), you may be required to have an automotive or dealer licensing for some or all motorized off-road and on-road products in your state.  It is the resell buyer's responsibility to know your state's licensing laws.  RMK MOTORSPORTS, LLC cannot accept returns or refunds on products that have been purchased but are not able to sell due to licensing regulations in your state.

Dealers should contact your state and local legislature and local Department of Motor Vehicles for current laws.

What do I do if my purchase arrives damaged?

You should inspect the item for damages when it arrives.  If the item has minor damage, such as a broken headlight or mirror, we can send you out this replacement part.  If your item has severe damage, you can refuse the item and once we confirm the item was refused and the damage was severe, we will send you a replacement item. If the item was custom ordered, it will take at least 10 weeks for a replacement to arrive.

When you sign for your delivery, you must document all damage to packaging and product.  If you sign the delivery receipt without documenting the product's and packaging condition, it means you are accepting your delivery as is and no insurance claim can be filed for a replacement or replacement parts and you will be subject to replacement costs.  Freight driver's know they must wait for you to inspect the shipment so do not sign the delivery receipt until you have made a thorough inspection.

If you are not certain what to do when you receive the shipment, contact us immediately while the driver is still there at 208-407-8894 and we will assist you so you can be certain you follow the proper insurance procedures.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed to a RMK MOTORSPORTS, LLC sales specialist and payment is received, your order immediately enters our order processing system and is normally shipped within 48-72 hours.

You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped or we have not started production on your customized order.

If you have ordered a custom item and you would like to cancel your order, you can choose to not pay the remaining amount due.  BE AWARE, YOUR INITIAL PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Once you submit your custom order we immediately begin production and certain costs are associated that.

If you cancel your order or refuse your order after it has been shipped, you agree to be responsible for the total shipping costs incurred to and from your location, which includes original shipment fees on items ordering during a free shipping promotion.
